Audrey L. Stone, Attorney

Audrey Stone is a family law attorney and trial lawyer. She previously served as a city prosecutor in Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, and Florence, so she also has a unique insight into misdemeanor criminal defense cases. Audrey enjoys having a caseload that includes a mix of family law and criminal defense matters.

Passion for Helping Clients

Audrey grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Westminster College in 2016.

Audrey worked at a community counseling center throughout college. She worked with clients (both children and adults) in their homes to help them reach their therapeutic goals. While doing this work, Audrey witnessed firsthand the intersection of law, families, and mental health. This sparked Audrey’s passion for direct client work and zealous advocacy.

Law Degree

Audrey earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2020. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar.

Audrey is also mediation certified, with a certificate in high conflict mediation, and she is trained to practice Collaborative Law. She is a member of the Oregon Association of Collaborative Professionals and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.

Whether litigating or engaging in alternative dispute resolution methodologies, Audrey’s clients can count on her using her experience in counseling and the courtroom to listen intently, prepare thoroughly, and advocate strongly for their best interests.

Personal Interests

Outside the courtroom, you can find Audrey exploring her new home state of Oregon, going to concerts and festivals, or out in her yard growing flowers. She enjoys spending lots of time with her partner, Dorian, and their dog, Basil, and cat, Felix.
