Bryan Boender
Attorney Bryan Boender is an experienced trial lawyer. He has extensive experience with major felonies, federal criminal defense, misdemeanor offenses, and cases of drunk or drugged driving (DUII). This experience includes complex criminal defense, such as homicides, sex crimes, domestic violence, “Measure 11” offenses, and death penalty defense. Bryan also practices university student conduct defense, such as Title IX violations involving sexual misconduct. Additionally, Bryan has litigated and tried federal civil rights cases in the United States District Court. He has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Bryan is a combat veteran. He served with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division in Afghanistan. Bryan is a life member of both the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (OCDLA) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). Read More
Chelsea Payment
Chelsea Payment is a zealous attorney with a passion for advocacy. Chelsea is a native Oregonian who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon in 2009. Chelsea earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the College of Law at Willamette University and became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 2014. Chelsea handles a versatile case load that includes criminal defense, family law, and personal injury matters. Lynn Shepard
Lynn Shepard has been helping clients through the most challenging family law matters for more than 30 years. She understands the personal difficulties that these cases present; her goal is to keep the stress off your shoulders and help you find legal solutions. Her areas of practice include family law, probate, estate planning and Federal criminal defense. Lynn received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in 1974, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon in 1979. Lynn is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, Lane County Bar Association, Idaho State Bar Association, and she is the Past Chair, Oregon State Bar Family Law Section and Lane County Bar, Family Law Section. Audrey L. Stone
Audrey Stone is a family law attorney and trial lawyer. She previously served as a city prosecutor in Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, and Florence, giving her a unique insight into misdemeanor criminal defense cases. She enjoys having a caseload that includes a mix of family law and criminal defense matters. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2020. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Audrey is also mediation certified, with a certificate in high conflict mediation, and she is trained to practice Collaborative Law. David Williamson
David is an Oregon native born and raised in Eastern Oregon. David’s life has always been rather non-traditional as the third of seven children and the first member of his family to earn an advanced degree. David served in the U.S. Army. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law. David’s law practice focuses on all aspects of family law and business law. Read More
